JOB SUMMARY

Supervises daily inspection activities across assigned projects, ensuring all units are in good condition and reporting all findings promptly and accurately.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Monitor assigned assistants and ensure full coverage according to the inspection schedule.

2. Conduct spot audits and joint inspections for complex/critical items to ensure compliance and quality.

3. Perform regular property inspections and ensure proper maintenance of all units

4. Ensure timely tagging of WM units in the QTOP system for accurate tracking.

5. Report and endorse all unit manifestations to the appropriate department for resolution.

6. Monitor and record all borrowed and endorsed keys using manual logs and QTOP tagging.

7. Manage the availability of Pre-Turnover Unit Inspection Assistants during joint inspections and other on-site activities.
