Key Responsibilities
Engage directly with Directors and Managing Directors on the trading floor to elicit detailed business requirements and understand complex trading workflows
Conduct comprehensive analysis of pre-trade systems and data flows across Cash Equities, FX, FICC, and Commodities
Document current state business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and data enhancement
Lead stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions with senior trading personnel
Conduct comprehensive gap analyses between current state data capabilities and business requirements
Analyze pre-trade data structures and FIX message protocols to ensure accurate data capture and transformation
