Pre-sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead pre-sales technical support and overall coordination for the Southeast Asia & India regions.

Act as the pre-sales contact for Kanzi products and design/development services, bridging communication with the technical team to support sales efforts.

Prepare bid documents and formulate technical response plans.

Oversee project bidding, product demonstrations, technical presentations, and related support activities.

Work closely with the sales team to identify and explore potential customer needs.

Key Challenges:

Clearly present and answer technical questions regarding Kanzi products and solutions, including the team's design capabilities, experience, and workflow.

Develop technical proposals and bid documentation.

Identify market trends and uncover latent customer demands.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree or above
