Pre-Sales Appointment Specialist (Inbound – Remote)

This is a remote position. Easy Wedding is hiring a Pre-Sales Appointment Specialist to become the first voice our couples hear when they reach out. This is not a robotic, script-reading job it's a meaningful role where empathy, speed, and smart communication directly impact the client journey. Youll be responsible for responding quickly to inbound leads, understanding each couples personal situation, and booking them with the right sales consultant. This is the entry point to our sales pipeline your work sets the tone and quality of everything that follows. Youll handle calls, WhatsApp messages, CRM updates, and other touchpoints. Youll collaborate daily with our Pre-Sales Team Lead, Sales Advisors, and Management to ensure every client feels heard and guided, not just processed.
