Pre-Implementation Specialist

The role is responsible for pre-implementation data gathering and validation for TrueCommerce clients and trading partners. They will act as the primary contact throughout the pre-implementation process, up to the point of handover to the implementation teams. This position works with clients, customers, retailers, rd party IT consultants and internal teams. This key resource will be responsible for ensuring that all information and pre-implementation milestones have been met, so that follow-on teams can complete their work. The position is ideal for individuals who are organised, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience.
