The Mission: Driving the Engine from Lead to Contract

We are looking for a Pre-Construction Specialist to own the most critical phase of our projects: the transition from a sales call to a signed contract. Currently, Joseph handles the sales and initial scope; your job is to take that baton and run. You will manage the 1-2 month estimating window, coordinating with designers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure that every bid is accurate, every takeoff precise, and every budget profitable. You are the person who ensures our pre-construction schedule stays on track so the Project Managers can hit the ground running.
