Pre Construction Manager

My client seeking an experienced senior pre‑construction professional to lead CAT A and CAT B commercial fit‑out bids from initial enquiry through to contract award under JCT Design & Build 2024. This role is central to shaping winning strategies, coordinating multidisciplinary inputs, and ensuring a seamless transition into delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end pre‑construction and bid management for projects ranging from £500k to £10m+
• Coordinate estimating, MEP, design, procurement, and external consultant teams to produce robust, competitive submissions
• Identify and manage project risks, drive value‑engineering solutions, and prepare high‑quality client‑facing presentations
• Oversee the handover process to delivery teams, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and continuity
