Pre-Construction Manager, D&C

Amazon's Global Engineering Services (GES) North America Design & Construction team is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to serve as Amazon's owner's representative during the preconstruction phase of facility delivery. In this role, you will independently manage difficult, cross‑functional industrial preconstruction projects — from site selection and validation through design management, permitting, and contract execution — for new builds, retrofits, expansions, and program initiatives across your assigned region.

You will partner with internal teams — including Real Estate, Design Engineering, Finance, and Construction — and external stakeholders — including architects, engineers, developers, landlords, and permitting agencies — to establish scope, budget, and schedule, and to ensure timely receipt of building and site permits.
