Practice Lead - Clinical

About the role

The practice lead - clinical provides expert clinical leadership across our community-based care services, supporting our teams to deliver safe, connected, person-centred care. This role champions implementation of clinical and care governance frameworks, provides clinical expertise in the design and coordination of services, identification and management of recipient health-care related risks and support workforce capability in developing educational resources to our workforce.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• leading the development, implementation, and continuous review of clinical governance frameworks, policies, procedures, and care models aligned with best practice
