About the Role
The Practice Head is accountable for the commercial performance, delivery excellence, talent strategy, and market positioning of a 400-person consulting practice spanning Marketing Operations and Data & Analytics. The role combines full practice performance with large-scale organizational leadership, capability development, and go-to-market alignment.
Core Responsibilities
1) Practice Leadership & Strategy
Define and execute the multi-year vision for the MarOps, RevOps, and Data & Analytics practice.
Scale the organization from 400 to 1,000 consultants through structured capability growth, geographic expansion, and portfolio evolution.
Establish a clear operating model covering sub-practices, competency architecture, and career pathways.
Act as the senior leader and cultural standard-setter for the practice.
2) Practice Economics
Own revenue, margin, and contribution targets for the practice.
Drive utilization, effective bench management, and pyramid health....
