About the Role
BettingJobs is currently recruiting for a leading iGaming brand who are looking to hire a PPC/SEM Team Lead based in Lisbon .
Responsibilities
- Manage and support a team of 3-5 PPC Consultants, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively and internal processes are followed.
- Hold weekly 1-to-1 meetings to review performance, provide coaching, and support development.
- Work closely with the Head of PPC to report on performance, progress, and strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate campaign assets, launches, and new brand activity.
- Launch and manage new paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Plan and manage budgets to maximise ROI and achieve performance targets.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and implement improvements.
