About the Role
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain overhead and underground Cable/Fiber lines.
- Troubleshooting service interruptions, splicing cables to repair damage, and replacing outdated equipment.
- Using specialized tools (e.g., OTDR, splicing machines) to test signal strength, performance, and integrity of fiber/coax cables.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members on installation projects.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: No experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic troubleshooting skills in electrical systems.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
