Job Description:

• End-to-End Development: Design, build, and deploy complex Power Platform solutions from the ground up, ensuring seamless integration across the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Advanced Automation: Lead RPA initiatives using Power Automate Desktop and custom Python scripting to handle legacy systems and sophisticated data processing.
• Architecture & Integration: Build and maintain custom connectors and ensure deep integration with Dataverse as the primary data backbone.
• Application Modernization: Develop high-performance Canvas and Model-Driven Applications, moving beyond out of the box features to create highly customized user experiences.

Technical Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Proven Dev Focus: A strong background in active development/engineering (as opposed to support or managed services).
