About the Role
Job Summary
- We are hiring a Power Electronics Design & Validation Engineer to lead the design, development, tuning, integration, and validation of high-voltage, high-power propulsion inverter systems for next-generation eVTOL platforms. The role involves end-to-end ownership of propulsion inverter hardware, motor control algorithms, system integration, controller tuning, verification & validation, and powertrain testing activities. You will work on 600–1000V class electric propulsion systems involving SiC-based inverters, high-speed electric motors, thermal management, EMI/EMC, functional safety, and aircraft-level powertrain integration. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in power electronics design, motor control, system-level validation, and hardware/software integration for aerospace or high-performance EV applications.
