Power Coater

Our client is an established national manufacturer and supplier of windows, doors & screens (40+ years). Reputable in the fenestration and architectural aluminium sector, committed to quality, regulatory compliance, industry best practice and strong safety/environmental standards. Family‑first culture, working with builders, fabricators and installers across residential and commercial markets.

Rate: $30-$32 per hour (above Award, dependent on experience). Full training provided. Relocation assistance for the right candidate (paid on 12‑month anniversary).

Key responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain powder coating line (pretreatment, masking, blasting, spray application, curing) and perform quality inspections/touch‑ups
• Monitor oven temperatures, conveyor speeds and spray parameters; log production output and report defects
• Conduct routine cleaning, maintenance and WHS procedures; assist with continuous improvement
