We’re hiring a hands‑on Power BI Developer to join a small in‑house data team.
This is an end‑to‑end BI role — close to the data, close to the business, and focused on producing accurate, trusted reporting, not just visuals.
What you’ll be doing
- Working directly with business users to clarify reporting needs
- Translating messy operational and finance data into usable models
- Writing SQL to validate, reconcile, and understand source data
- Reporting primarily from Microsoft Dynamics and Sage Intacct
- Iterating from early proof‑of‑concept to production‑ready dashboards
- Supporting rollout, user adoption, and ongoing refinement
