Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Fabric & Azure Integration: Design and implement data ingestion pipelines (ETL/ELT) using Fabric Data Factory, Dataflows Gen, and Azure Data Factory.
Data Modeling & Storage: Create Lakehouses, Data Warehouses, and Notebooks, utilizing Delta Lake best practices for data storage within OneLake.
Power BI Enhancement: Develop complex, high-performance Power BI semantic models and reports using DAX and Direct Lake mode.
Platform Administration: Manage capacity, workspace settings, security, RBAC, and data governance across the Microsoft Fabric tenant.
Performance & Scaling: Monitor workload utilization, optimize Spark jobs, and optimize SQL queries for large datasets.
