About the Role
Proven experience as a butcher, preferably in poultry preparation
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations Strong knife skills and attention to detail Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is an advantage Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system Good communication and interpersonal skills Physically fit and able to work in cold environments Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
