About The Position We invite applications for a Postdoctoral Research Fellow position, available at the Department of Informatics. Starting date no later than October 1, 2026. The fellowship period is three years. Depending on the candidate and the teaching needs of the department, the fellowship period can be extended either for compulsory work consisting of teaching and supervision duties and research assistance up to four years in total. No one can be appointed for more than one Postdoctoral Research Fellowship at the University of Oslo. Postdoctoral fellows who are appointed for a period of four years are expected to acquire basic pedagogical competency in the course of their fellowship period within the duty component of 25%. Place of work is the Department of Informatics at Blindern, Oslo.
