About the Role

Role Summary
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Operator to join our team. You will be required to liaise with brokers, counterparties, owners, and charters throughout the voyage. The successful candidate will manage a variety of post –fixture related duties for the Tanker department, and should be organised, highly responsive and diligent.
What you’ll be doing
Manage day‑to‑day post‑fixture operational matters for vessels and cargoes. 

Liaise with brokers, owners, charterers, and counterparties on all operational issues.

Review recaps and charter parties for accuracy and compliance.

Input and maintain voyage data and operational updates on voyage sheets.

Track vessel schedules and ensure contractual obligations are met.

Monitor, diarise, and communicate all required declarations ahead of deadlines.
