One opening is available now for a postdoctoral researcher who will apply machine learning to predict clinical pain related outcomes, participate in an ongoing clinical trial, and assist with app development. The project is sponsored by a National Institutes of Health grant aimed at using machine learning to identify biopsychosocial predictors of the response to a mindfulness intervention for chronic low back pain. The postdoc researcher will be mentored closely while being granted their own freedom of pursuing new research ideas, providing that the progress on the sponsored project is satisfactory.
