Position Summary/Description:
This Postdoctoral Research Associate would support studies to examine a recently identified signaling pathway in the development and pro-tolerogenic function of mregDCs. This work would involve primary dendritic cell generation and purification, the genetic manipulation of dendritic cells, and the execution of various T cell-DC co-culture assays requiring a familiarity with flow cytometry. Additional studies will require in vivo tumor studies and the execution and analysis of single-cell RNAseq and single-cell ATACseq. Additional work involving Phenocycler multi-target immunofluorescence of clinical specimens may also be involved.
Education and Experience:
An interest and background in epigenetic techniques such as CUT & TAG is preferred.
