Job Description Currently we have an excellent opportunity for a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join a brand-new, nurse-led residential service supporting adults with complex mental health needs.

This role offers the chance to play a key part in shaping a new service, embedding high-quality PBS practice, and supporting individuals to achieve improved wellbeing, safety, and quality of life through person-centred, evidence-based approaches.

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum
Position: Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
Hours: Full time – 37.5 hours per week
