Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelors or Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field from an accredited institution.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of hands‑on experience in mechanical automation design, system integration, and project management in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks, Inventor, or AutoCAD).
• Experience in motion systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical assembly.
• Familiar with PLCs, robotics, vision systems, and automation interfaces.
• Knowledge of safety standards (ISO 13849‑1, CE, UL).
• Advantage: Python, data analytics, Power BI, and IoT integration for Industry 4.0 projects.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem‑solving, analytical thinking, project planning, and communication skills.
