Overview
Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
Leading the delivery of portfolio analytics activities, working collaboratively with the Chief Analytics Officer and Chief of StaffDevelop the portfolio analytics strategy and roadmapLead the design, delivery and embedding of pricing and analytics visualisation dashboard suites and other analytics tools to drive underwriting performanceCollaborate closely with key stakeholders in developing the above, including underwriters, pricing actuaries and senior managementQualifications required:
Actuarial Qualification (FIA or equivalent)Experience required:
Lloyd’s/London Market ExperienceA deep understanding of insurance metrics and concepts, such as GWP, IBNR, RARC, GAAP vs UWYStrong stakeholder management skills and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organisation
