Your day at NTT DATA
The Portfolio Analyst reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Global Portfolio Management as part of the Global Portfolio Management team. This position gathers, analyzes, and summarizes data on the Data Centers to understand the profile of each building as it relates to client mix, lease types and terms, operational costs driven by equipment deployment and chosen vendors, along with property value driven by market factors and leasing.
