About the Role
**Description:**
Job Purpose:
The Pool Bar Supervisor is responsible for assisting with bar operations, ensuring that customers receive the best service possible, upholding a constant level of staff productivity, ensuring that the bar’s budget is not exceeded and maintaining health and safety standards within the bar.
**Qualifications:**
Possesses personality and flair and feel comfortable executing your daily task.
Knowledge of all SOP’s (Hotel as well as Food and Beverage) and ensure all TM including yourself follow them.
Prepares proper schedules for TM in advance.
Reports any guest comments to the Restaurant Manager.
Reports daily revenue / market list and other operational information to the Restaurant Manager.
Re-arrange & maintain a proper, safe & clean set up of all assigned Pool & Beach area’s.
