Description
**Role Overview**
The Policy, Investment & Workforce Specialist will lead work related to policy formulation, investment mobilisation, and workforce development to support India’s growing clean energy manufacturing ecosystem. The role requires experience engaging with government bodies, financial institutions, and industry to strengthen the policy and workforce landscape for cleantech sectors.
**Location:** New Delhi (on‑site at client location)
**Experience Required:** 7+ years
**Qualification:** Master’s degree in Public Policy, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Technology
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Design & Analyse Policy Instruments** : Develop evidence‑based recommendations and design policy instruments such as DCR, ALMM, and other measures that promote domestic manufacturing and technology adoption.
