**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 7 years of experience in Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or a related field.
+ Experience in content policy, anti-abuse and reviewing online content, and scaled operations.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection/transformation, visualization/dashboards, or in a scripting/programming language (e.g., Python).
+ Experience in identifying abuse trends and mitigating risks, including misinformation policy.
