Job Description

Location: Remote / Poland
Salary: 120–130 PLN net/h



Tasks:

• Support end‑to‑end project management activities for procurement‑related initiatives

• Ensure cross‑regional coordination and alignment of project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies

• Maintain and update project documentation, trackers, and dashboards to ensure transparency and control

• Monitor progress against milestones and proactively escalate risks or delays

• Facilitate communication and alignment between procurement, solution, and business stakeholders across regions

• Organize and support operational committees, working groups, and project meetings with clear agendas and follow‑ups
