Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced PMO Lead or PMO Manager to drive project intake, planning, governance, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder coordination across digital web operations. This role will support end‑to‑end delivery management for web and content initiatives, including intake triage, tiering, Site PM coordination, governance reviews, backlog tracking, reporting, and closure management. The scope also includes request management, documentation lifecycle tracking, cross‑functional coordination, review cycles, KPI reporting, and task tracking.

• Manage project intake request triage and prioritization across the portfolio.
• Perform PMO tiering and classification based on complexity, priority, timelines and business impact.
