Description Summary
As a PMO Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting Service Stream’s IT Project Delivery function by providing high quality administrative, coordination and reporting support to the General Manager – IT PMO and the broader PMO team. You will manage governance cycles, prepare reports and documentation, coordinate meetings, and maintain accurate project records that enable consistent, transparent and efficient project delivery across the organisation. Working closely with project managers and key stakeholders, you will help drive strong governance, high quality reporting and seamless operational execution across the national project portfolio.This is a full time role based in our Melbourne office, supporting hybrid working arrangements.Please note this role is only open to Australian Citizens.About the Role
