About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams in new product development, review testability, test coverage and DFT for new products. 
  • Develop test plans and test solutions to validate new product designs, support qualification and release to manufacturing. 
  • Provide support to local and offshore manufacturing groups to transfer products, maintain product quality and high yield. 
  • Work with cross functional teams to review testability, test coverage and DFT for new products. 
  • Utilize software tools and work with vendors to design test hardware. 
  • Use statistical analysis tools to analyze data and generate supporting documentation. 
  • Develop and support best practices, mentoring and continuous improvement initiatives. 
  • Support product quality and company financial objectives.
