PMD Process & Automation Intern (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS:

• Managing and prioritizing PMD inbox workload
• Reviewing and validating incoming requests as for completeness and data quality
• Classifying, rejecting or redirecting requests
• Supporting automation initiatives like AI‑based inbox management or process optimization
• Supporting process documentation and internal communication

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT, Data or similar
• Must not have completed your bachelor’s degree more than 3 years ago
• Fluency in English and Spanish required
• Interest in automation, AI and process improvement
• High level of commitment, proactivity and dedication
• Great willingness to learn and contribute
