Job Responsibilities
- Rationally allocate and integrate company resources including orders, materials, manpower, and equipment to prevent and control idle inventory. Ensure synchronization of production schedules, material plans, and shipping schedules to achieve production-sales balance and efficiency gains.
- Develop material requirements plans based on business orders and production schedules. Stockpile bottleneck and long-lead-time materials to boost production efficiency and meet customer delivery deadlines. Regularly address idle inventory to reduce capital tie-up and improve material turnover rates.
Position Requirements
- Education/Major: College degree or higher
- Experience/Skills: 3+ years of PMC management experience with strong organizational and coordination abilities
