PM Coordinator: Process & Project Efficiency

Purpose Statement

An integral member of the Project Management department providing increased productivity and overall effectiveness of the engineering Project Management function. This role will provide the Project Management staff with a support function that affords stronger focus on core responsibilities while increasing efficiency and consistency.

Key Job Accountabilities

• Supports the Project Management process through contributions to continuous improvement. Identifies opportunities for standardized work and best practices to ensure efficient processes.
• Monitors and analyzes financial status of individual projects managed by Design center, not limited to Conversion, Milestone, P&L, Project rate, charge % and forecast review.
• Supports the financial billing, Purchasing and Business Office functions to help resolve action items and conflicts between local and corporate finance group.
