Plumbing & Heating Manager (FT)

Responsibilities

• Operation and financial oversight of Plumbing & Heating department
• Oversee all Journeypersons, apprentices and office staff, including scheduling, job assignments and onsite supervision
• Ensure all administrative work is complete in a timely and accurate manner. These duties include job tracking, purchase orders, warranty claims, billing, etc.
• Responsible for Inventory and fleet management
• Responsible to support business growth by cultivating existing customers and developing new business opportunities within the Plumbing & Heating department
• Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations and safety standards
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Journeyperson ticket in either plumbing, electrical, sheet metal or refrigeration tech required
