We’re hiring a Plumbing Drafter to support complex New York City building projects , producing code-compliant plumbing construction drawings using AutoCAD.

In this role, you’ll develop sanitary, domestic water, gas, and storm systems , create riser diagrams and fixture layouts, and ensure full compliance with NYC Plumbing Code and DOB regulations . This is a highly technical drafting role within a growing MEP team.

What You’ll Do

• Draft plumbing construction drawings (sanitary, water supply, gas, storm) in AutoCAD
• Create fixture layouts, pipe routing, sizing, and riser diagrams
• Ensure compliance with NYC Plumbing Code and DOB requirements
• Coordinate plumbing drawings with architectural and MEP backgrounds
• Review and revise plans based on internal and external feedback
