About the Role
ROVING PLUMBER
Duties and Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures
- Respond to plumbing issues across assigned locations
- Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot leaks, clogged drains, pipe damage, and water pressure issues
- Install and repair faucets, sinks, toilets, pumps, and other plumbing fixtures
- Perform pipe fitting, cutting, and welding as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
- Submit daily accomplishment reports
- Coordinate with maintenance team and supervisors
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- High School Graduate or Vocational Course in Plumbing
- With NC II in Plumbing (preferred but not required)
- With at least 1–2 years of plumbing experience
