About the Role
Responsible for overseeing plumbers, main campus GMTs, and Offsite Maintenance GMTs. This role involves managing inventory levels across all trades, issuing service tickets to staff via our online ticketing system, and supporting the maintenance of an effective emergency on-call system. As an on-call position, the individual may be required to respond during emergencies and report to campus as needed. Additional responsibilities include assisting with the maintenance of the aquatics center and supporting irrigation repairs throughout campus. This is
a critical role that requires readiness to respond during emergencies. The position also involves serving as the facilities-certified trainer for lifts, forklifts, bucket trucks, and backhoes.
