About the Role

 Job Description 
Provide support for the facility operations of its plumbing systems, troubleshooting and repairs, which includes maintaining, servicing, repairing, and operating.
Primary Responsibilities
Able to determine installations through use of building plans and working drawings. 
Test, certify, and repair all makes, models, and sized of backflow prevention devices. 
Repair and maintain plumbing system; burst pipes, clogged drains, washers, valves, fixtures and trim. 
Installs plumbing systems by assembling, positioning and sealing valves, pipe fittings and pipes. 
Test plumbing systems and identifying leaks. 
Knowledge and ability to comply with the plumbing codes by enforcement and adherence. 
Sump pump troubleshooting, repair and replacement. 
Receive and complete work orders in a timely manner and to a high standard of quality.
