**Job Title: Plumber – Multi-Family Construction**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on a new multi‑family, five‑story apartment building. You will start with installing approximately 4,000 feet of underground piping and help build out the plumbing infrastructure for a 20‑suite residential project. The position centers on new construction underground work, with a transition to additional above‑ground scope

**Responsibilities**

+ Install underground piping for multi‑family residential buildings
+ Layout, install, and secure piping
+ Set sleeves, hangers, and underground fittings
+ Read and interpret construction drawings and plans
+ Conduct pressure testing and inspections
+ Work collaboratively with site supervisors, forepersons, and other trades
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
+ Follow all site‑specific safety procedures and company policies, including the use of required personal protective equipment.
