Knowledge / Experience
Minimum of 6 years in instructional design, curriculum development and training delivery or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Must have a training portfolio for PLM software in 3Dexperience on various modules like TRM, CAD Data Management, Change management, Project management.
Awareness of OOTB capabilities of 3Dexperience for various modules Training & Development
certification preferred Proven experience as corporate trainer
Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching Proficient in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint); e-learning software is an as set Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills
Organizational and time management abilities
Critical thinking and decision making
Good working knowledge with tools (GitLab, SVN) and ALM tools like JIRA.
