About the Role
The project involves robust application maintenance and support for multiple Windchill PLM instances & CAD applications. Support involves System Administrative Services, Business Administrative Services and End User Support Services. Support activity will be in Japan, China & India. It is maintaining Functional and Technical documentation. Providing Windchill PLM customization and Automation of CAD tool as per business needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating discussion with stakeholders, developing solutions, developing statements of work and coming up with project plans
- Planning, supporting Windchill Monthly maintenance and upgrades as per product owner (PTC)
