Plating/Unplating Operator

Role Purpose: To ensure correct plating of socks according to required quality standards. Key Responsibilities - Plate socks according to set specifications. - Carefully unplait socks from the plates from the bonding machine. - Inspect plated socks for defects and accuracy. - Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area. - Report defects promptly. - Meet daily plating targets. Requirements Core Competencies: - Ability to stand for long hours. - High attention to detail. - Good communication skills. - Ability to follow instructions accurately. - Self-motivated and quality-focused.
Qualifications & Skills: Prior experience as a Powder Coating Operator or in a similar manufacturing/finishing role. Knowledge of powder coating processes, equipment, and quality standards.
