About the Role
The Platform Lead is the primary point of contact and strategic partner for our key marketplace accounts. This critical role is responsible for driving sales growth, enhancing brand visibility, and managing the day‑to‑day relationship between our distributor organization, brands, and the E‑commerce platforms.
The ideal candidate will combine strong relationship‑building skills, sales optimization, and an operational understanding of the PH e‑commerce industry.
Major Responsibilities
Marketplace Partnership and Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary account representative for Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop, acting as the bridge between the marketplace team, the distributor, and the brand.
