Platform Engineering Head

Job Summary:
The Platform Engineering Department Head is responsible for creating, leading, and implementing the bank's end-to-end platform strategy. This role will oversee the design, development, deployment, and governance of all foundational technology platforms and the enterprise DevOps strategy and framework, with a mandate to accelerate time-to-market, improve software quality, and increase operational efficiency across all IT functions.

Creates and implements a visionary platform engineering strategy aligned with the bank's digital transformation goals and business objectives.
