Responsibilities:
- Execute and refine cloud infrastructure automation strategy, architecture, and standards.
- Drive best practices and continuous improvement for the Intelligent Automation (IA) program.
- Enable Hyper Automation Architecture, integrating multiple Intelligent Automation capabilities:
- RPA, NLP, OCR, Process Mining, Task Mining, and Conversational AI.
- Reduce provisioning time for cloud infrastructure services.
- Enhance user satisfaction with self-service functions.
- Improve service uptime by automating manual, error-prone changes.
- Minimize hand-offs between teams to streamline operations.
- Maximize flexibility for developers and app owners in consuming cloud services.
- Ensure reusability and maintainability of automation assets.
