Overview

The Platform Development Officer will support the Platform Development Head/Team Lead in monitoring the development, testing, and implementation of new services, features, and enhancements for the bank’s digital platforms. This role ensures smooth project execution, user readiness, and ongoing system support to deliver innovative and reliable digital banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Documentation
• Act as liaison between Business Units and IT.
• Prepare and review requirement specifications (PIO format).
• Evaluate system revision/enhancement requests and attend vendor walkthroughs.
• Project Documentation
• Assist in preparing BRD, FSD, COR, RASIMP, and related documents.
• Review technical designs, including screen flows and UI/UX, for consistency.
• User Training & Support
