Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end technical implementation, integration, and delivery of Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) platform deployments across telecom operators. The role focuses on execution, integration management, stakeholder coordination, regulatory compliance, and ensuring seamless platform deployment and stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Manage complete lifecycle of DCB platform implementation from requirement gathering to deployment and post-launch support.
• Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and resource planning.
• Prepare detailed project plans, execution schedules, and tracking mechanisms.
• Ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines, scope, and quality benchmarks.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
